Content or pages won't download
Check your internet connection and try again — most apps in the studio download their content (pages, packs, or prayers) on first launch, then work offline after that.
App feels slow or a screen won't load
Make sure you're on the latest version of the app and the latest version of iOS, then try closing and reopening the app. If that doesn't help, use the Contact page and describe what you saw.
Something you made or saved is missing
Nothing in these apps is stored on a server — everything lives on your device, so a reinstall or an unrestored backup can lose it. Back up your device regularly through iCloud or Finder.

Yes. Every app from erbittuu studio is free to download, has no advertising, and never requires an account or sign-in to use.
Very little, and it varies by app — each app's own Privacy Policy states exactly what it collects, since the answer genuinely differs between them. None of the apps sell data or show ads.
Every app is built offline-first. Some content is downloaded on first launch, and everything works without a connection after that.
Every app is built for iPhone and iPad. Prarthana also has an Apple Watch app and widget. There's no Android release yet.
