Privacy Policy

The short version. Drawing Pad has no accounts and no advertising. Your sketches are stored on your own device and are never uploaded to us. The app sends us nothing: no usage counts and no crash reports. If you subscribe to Premium, Apple handles the payment and tells the app what you have bought; we never receive that record. We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who we are
Drawing Pad: Sketch & Ideas is made and published by Utsav Patel ("we", "us"), an independent developer. This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app. Questions go to utsavhacker@gmail.com.
What stays on the device
- Your sketches. Every canvas you draw — strokes, layers, stickers placed, and undo history — is written to the app's own storage on your device. It is not uploaded, not backed up to us, and not visible to anyone else.
- Your photos, if you draw over one. The photo you pick is used to draw on top of; it stays on the device with the sketch.
- Preferences. Your chosen brushes, sizes and settings are stored on the device.
If you use the share button to export a finished piece, save it to Photos, or send it to someone, that's your device doing it, at your instruction — the artwork goes where you send it, not to us.
What we do receive
The app sends us nothing. It has no analytics, no crash reporter and no advertising service.
Purchases, if you go Premium
Payment is handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never see your card details or a record of your purchase. Apple tells the app on your device whether you are subscribed or hold the lifetime unlock, so it can turn on Premium features and let you restore your purchase on another device. This is not used for tracking or advertising.
Stickers and drawing prompts
The doodle and sticker artwork you browse in the app is downloaded from raw.githubusercontent.com, where GitHub, Inc. hosts it. It is a one-way download of images we publish, and nothing you draw is written there. Like any web server, GitHub logs those requests, including the IP address that made them, under GitHub's own privacy statement. We cannot read those logs.
Drawing ideas
Ideas are made on your device with Apple Intelligence, on devices that support it. What you ask for is not sent to us.
No ads, no tracking
There is no advertising SDK in this app, and it does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. Nothing here is sold.
Children
Drawing Pad is built for general audiences, not specifically for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If what we collect changes in a meaningful way, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change.
